3. Price and Shipping Costs
3.1. All prices include VAT (Sales Tax) for destinations within the EU. Shipping costs are extra. For countries outside the EU, the VAT (Sales Tax) will be deducted at the checkout. Any possible import duties are to be paid on delivery.

3.3. cash on delivery
If available for your country, 3.60 Euro are added to your bill. An additional handover charge of 2.00 Euro has to be paid to the deliverer on delivery.

4. Delivery
4.1. We will ship your order 1-2 days after we received it in nutral packaging. Deliveries to first time customers are always subject to payment in advance, credit card or cash on delivery.

4.2. The delivery time within Germany is 1-3 days.

4.3. Delivery to France takes aprx. 3-8 days, to the colonies up to 30 days.

4.4. Terms and conditions for all other destinations can be checked at "shipping" and in the basket.
5. Payment
5.1 payment can be made by credit card, payment in advance and cash on delivery (if available for your country).

5.2. Payment by Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipping.

5.3. Payment in Advance
For first time orders we deliver only on receipt of the due amount or against cash on delivery:
select the option "Prepayment via Bank Transfer". We will ship your order as soon as your payment has been credited to our account.

Ask for our UK bank details if preferred.

5.4. cash on delivery
Orders against COD will be shipped within 1-2 days of receipt. Payment surcharges are 3.60 Euro. An additional handover charge of 2.00 Euro has to be paid to the deliverer on delivery.

5.5. Payment on Invoice
For our regular customers in Germany only:
Select the option "Transfer". Payment of the net invoice amount is due upon receipt of the invoice. Any invoices not paid within 8 days after receipt of the invoice will be handed over to a debt collection agency. All subsequent charges and external fees will be charged on top of the overdue billing amout.

all goods remain our property until they have been paid in full.

***Right of Return***
According to German law you are allowed to return your goods within 14 days of receipt at our cost and risk, when ordering privately and not commercially (e.g. as a wholesaler).

This time limit begins at the time the goods and detailed written cancellation instructions have been received. Goods must be posted to us within this time limit.

Guarantee
Venalicia gives 2 year guarantee on all articles. Any additional guarantee issued by the manufacturer remains unaffected by this.

Your data will only be used by us to complete your order and to help structure our quotation. All customer data will be stored and used according to the Federal (BDSG) and Teleservices (TDDSG) data protection regulations of Germany.

We store your order information and send this to you together with our Terms and Conditions via email. The Terms and Conditions can be viewed and printed at any time under the "Terms and Conditions" link.
 		  ***Consequences of return***
In the event of an effective return any benefits received or achieved by use of the goods are to be returned by both sides. Compensation can be demanded if there is any deterioration of the goods, though this does not apply if the deterioration can be directly attributed to their examination which would possibly have been made in the shop. You can avoid any liability for compensation by not utilising the goods as if they are your property and refraining from doing anything that affects their value.

2. offer and contract
2.1. the goods displayed in our online shop are not shown as a legally binding offer but as a non-binding online catalogue.

Our contract terms are available in German, English and French.

2.2 By clicking the "final submission of this order" button, the order of goods placed in your shopping basket becomes binding. We will confirm your order by mail within 1-2 working days. The contract comes into effect with this order confirmation.
